Find a chain

Calorie goal

The total shows how much of your goal an order uses. The goal stays when you switch chains. It is stored on this device only.

A number from 100 to 6,000. Example: 600 for a meal, 2000 for a day

Method

This site does arithmetic on numbers that restaurant chains publish. It does not estimate.

Where the numbers come from

For each chain we open its official nutrition source and save a dated copy. A chain page is built from that copy and prints the link and the read date.

What is left out

  • An item with no official nutrition row is left out. The chain page lists it by name.
  • A meal whose included ingredients cannot be matched to an official row is left out, not guessed.
  • Items that are not on the chain's national online menu on the read date are left out.
  • A number that cannot be read is written as "not read". It is never filled from memory or from another site.

How totals are computed

A total is the sum of the official rows you picked, plus any row the chain lists as included, such as a burrito tortilla. A double portion counts as two official portions. The share of calories from each macro uses 4 kcal per gram of protein, 4 per gram of carbs and 9 per gram of fat.

Best order

The best order for a target is found by checking every valid combination of the official rows for one meal type. For a chain with a fixed menu, the search checks single items. It is not a recommendation and not diet advice.

Allergens

This site does not compute allergens and never says an order is safe for you. Each chain page quotes the chain's own allergen statement and links to it. Ask the restaurant before you order.

Independence

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any restaurant chain. Chain names are used as plain text to say which menu a page covers.
